What’s Ahead For The Lowcountry
CF Evans is a proud sponsor and participant in “What’s Ahead for the Lowcountry”, a panel discussion hosted by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Palmetto Chapter of South Carolina, taking place on May 9th. The panel focused on the growth of the Lowcountry, it’s impact on housing, and what’s in store for the future. As the lowcountry region is still growing at a healthy rate with more people and jobs coming here each day, the challenges and opportunities abound in regards to the supply and demand and cost of housing, and impact on infrastructure and our region’s needs. Panelists include our own Rusty Porter, EVP of Preconstruction and Business Development, Erica Wright (Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce), Zach Bearden (Origin Development Partners), Steve Warner (Charleston Regional Development Alliance), and Steve Dudash (Thomas and Hutton), and will be moderated by Janet Bates, our Director of Business Development and Marketing and President of the NAWIC Palmetto Chapter.

CF Evans is also an annual sponsor of the NAWIC Palmetto Chapter, in addition to supporting Commercial Real Estate Women of Charleston (CREW). We believe in supporting these organizations and their mission to provide professional development and increase the visibility of women in the industry and are proud to partner with them.
