As Project Executive, Micah plans, directs, manages, and provides oversight of assigned construction projects to ensure objectives and goals are accomplished.
Micah’s responsibilities as Project Executive include selecting subcontractors based on pricing and scopes of work, creating and maintaining the construction schedule, accurately forecasting project costs, and ensuring quality throughout the project. He also oversees all project documentation including Pay Applications, Submittals, Shop Drawings, and RFI’s. He actively communicates with the Owner, Architect, Engineer, and Consultants to inform them of progress and status in all areas of the project.
When Micah isn’t handling logistics for multiple projects, he enjoys being with his family and staying active. Whether it is quality time with his wife and daughter, working out in the yard, playing golf, hitting the beach, building things, or just chasing his two dogs around – Micah enjoys keeping busy.
