The Standard on James Island in Charleston, SC has been Green Certified at the Bronze level of the 2008 National Green Building Standard. CF Evans is committed to building green and works with the National Green Building Standard to provide a high quality, cost effective certification to our developers. To date we have built 1215 units to the NGBS with 391 currently under construction and have 25 Certified Green Professionals on staff.
