Goddard Point Hope features 227 residences, featuring a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, ranging from 688 to 1,396 square feet. We proudly constructed the community alongside Woodfield Development, to boast open layouts, lofty 15-foot ceilings, modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, custom built-ins, hardwood-inspired floors, spacious closets, and private balconies.
In addition to the residential units, our team proudly delivered a stellar line up of amenities, catering to the renter’s every want and need including:
- Saltwater Pool: Perfect for cool plunges and relaxation.
- Lounge & Pavilion: Ideal for entertaining and unwinding.
- Fitness Center & Yoga Studio: Supporting healthy living and wellness.
- Pet Park & Pet Spa: Ensuring our four-legged residents feel at home.

The collaboration amongst our partners illustrates the very mission of camaraderie, care, and curiosity start at Goddard Point Hope’s bones and transcend through to the final community seen and experienced today.
