CF Evans Promotes from Within

At our Company Meeting in Charleston this past October, our 2023 Vision Team presented the updated Core Purpose, Core Values, and vivid description to become the dominant multifamily contractor in the Southeast.

With that said, restructuring positions to focus on these goals was needed.  Please join us in congratulating three tenured CF Evans team members on their well-earned promotions.  They embody who we are to the core and serve our company’s purpose – We build people first.

Dan Osborne, Director of Business Development: Dan joined CF Evans as a Senior Project

Manager in 2018. In 2020, Dan was promoted to Director of Construction. In his new role, Dan

will leverage his 23 years of operations experience and technical knowledge to find right-fit

projects, new relationships, and new markets that will add to our continued growth.

Micah Saucier, Director of Construction: Micah joined CF Evans as a Project Manager in 2020.

Previously Micah has received promotions to Senior Project Manager and Project Executive. In

his new role, Micah will build on his 10+ years of construction management experience and civil

engineering background to focus on project success – from fostering win-win partner

relationships through ensuring profitable outcomes with a focus on future opportunity. Micah

will ensure consistent and reliable execution in operations on all projects and help direct

collaboration needed from other teams.

Andrew Whitlock, Director of Field Operations: Andrew started his career with CF Evans as an

Intern and joined the organization full-time in 2014 as an Assistant Superintendent and was

promoted to Superintendent in 2015. In 2021, Andrew was promoted to Senior

Manager of Production & Quality Control. Andrew will ensure we continue to meet and exceed

our safety, quality, and production standards as he directs field team performance management

and career development as well as cultivates and keeps win-win subcontractor partnerships.

We wish each of them the best as they take on growing CF Evans for the next generation!
