North Charleston will soon welcome Arden at Dorchester, a new 55+ senior living community we’re building in partnership with Buvermo Investments. As the newest addition to the Arden family, this community reflects Arden’s vision of Active Living for the Young at Heart – offering spaces designed for comfort, connection, and a maintenance-free lifestyle for adults 55 and better.
Arden at Dorchester will feature a collection of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with open layouts and modern finishes. Select homes will include dens, patios, or fully accessible options to meet a variety of resident needs.
