C.F. Evans is beginning work on three projects this fall: Cooper River Farms in Charleston, SC for Woodfield Investments, The Vue at Liberty University, a student housing project in Lynchburg, VA, and Post Parkside at Wade II in Wake Forest, NC for Post Properties.  In addition, we are looking at projects in Greenville, Charleston, and North Charleston, SC and Charlotte and Wake Forest, NC.
