Over the past five days, CF Evans hosted events at all company jobsites to refocus and re-energize our commitment to working safe. This year’s theme was “The Power of Safe Choices”. Our week began with a company wide safety site inspection on Monday. As the week continued, our Safety Compliance Officer, Hank Rhame, and company leadership visited each jobsite. CF Evans employees and subcontractors participated in a “Stand Down for Safety” where Hank reviewed fall protection, ladder safety, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

In addition to these activities, employees submitted their safety pledges and because safety starts at home, we got our youngest family members involved with a children’s art contest. We look forward to announcing the winners of that art contest and sharing our safety pledges next week.
