The initial project in this enduring relationship was the 2003 construction of a new building at Broad River Road to relocate the Irmo branch. Since then, this client-builder relationship has continued through the years with additional new construction, modifications and adaptive reuse projects for branch office locations in North Charleston, Spartanburg, Anderson, Orangeburg, Lexington and Columbia. Additionally, renovations to a former cotton brokerage firm located across the street from the home office in Columbia houses SCU's training center.
