The Haven at Lake Murray
Columbia, South Carolina
In less than 120 days following receipt of notice to proceed with work, site clearing, mass grading, underground utilities and paving for the project's two initial apartment buildings were substantially completed to ensure the developer would capitalize on spring leasing. Those initial buildings, The Lodge – a marquee structure containing upscale clubhouse amenities and 16 residences – and an adjacent 24-unit building established a pace that will complete the entire project in less than 10 months. Situated on a 26-acre site, this 328-unit luxury community and its 13 buildings overlook the wide waters of Lake Murray.
