Nestled in a 21-acre community overlooking three acres of lake-view property, this 41,000 SF facility was designed to address residents' needs for assisted living, skilled nursing and memory impairments as well as for rehabilitation and independent living residents recovering from illness. In addition to the Assisted Care & Rehab, fourteen 2-bedroom villas with customized resident options were constructed with an emphasis on courtyard and waterfront living.

Evans' help and creative ideas on how to reduce costs, we were able to move forward...working through the complex issues of coordination and quality control essential to such a complex healthcare-related building … carefully monitoring issues ranging from coordination of various agency inspections to owner-related changes were critical to the timely completion of this project. Without the involvement of C.F. Evans, the Cooper Hall project could not have become a reality."
