The project, located in the Orangeburg County City Industrial Park, involved the design build of a Nucor pre-engineered warehouse addition to an existing facility, which will manufacture molded plastic Components for Orangeburg's largest employer. The 28,500 SF metal building includes a lounge for pick-up and delivery drivers.
