Aldersgate at the Oaks
Orangeburg, South Carolina
This group home for low income special needs and disabled men is located on the main campus of The Oaks. Aldersgate Special Needs Ministry secured a HUD grant to fund the single story facility. The construction took place on a compact site and included sitework; paving; site utilities; landscaping; concrete slab on grade; brick veneer; steel beams; wood framing; and fire sprinklers throughout the 7 bedroom, 3 bath residence.
