| Johnny Evans – President & Chief Executive Officer
Since joining C. F. Evans in 1975, President and CEO Johnny Evans has succeeded in growing and developing a professional firm with a winning track record. His leadership has made C. F. Evans the top choice of many clients throughout the Southeast. He has assembled an outstanding team of men and women who embrace the values of hard work, thorough grounding in construction principles, openness to innovative approaches, excellent communication skills, and unparalleled integrity.
Johnny, whose father Clarence F. Evans founded the firm in 1948, grew up in the construction industry. He possesses nearly 40 years of hands-on experience and is highly skilled in the means and methods of construction. He excels in identifying the most cost-efficient way to give clients the maximum value for dollars spent. Johnny is a graduate of Clemson University.

| John Barr – Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, John Barr oversees all daily operations, working closely with all aspects of marketing, business development, preconstruction and construction services, human resources, safety, information technology, financial services, corporate services and joint venture/teaming relations. He has been integrally involved with C.F. Evans' corporate growth over the past decade.
John is responsible for assuring that the mission statement of the company is met and the strategic vision is fulfilled. He oversees all project-related legal and contractual matters in the capacity of corporate secretary. Previously he served as project manager, operations manager, and general manager. His complete 25-year project experience spans all markets served by C.F. Evans. John is a graduate of Wake Forest University.

| Rusty Porter – Vice President of Preconstruction Services
As Vice President of Preconstruction Services, Rusty Porter is responsible for the operations budget throughout the entire preconstruction phase. Rusty also supervises all estimating and schedule development. In addition, Rusty analyzes project logistics and value engineering throughout all phases of the construction management process.
Dating back to 1986, Rusty has an extensive resume with an emphasis on design/build team leadership and preconstruction services. He has been responsible for a wide variety of projects including many light-to-medium manufacturing facilities, assembly plants and commercial offices throughout South Carolina; a minor league baseball facility; municipal detention facilities; and hospital/healthcare expansions and renovations. Rusty is a graduate of the College of Charleston.

| Brett Evans – General Superintendent
As General Superintendent for multi-family construction, Brett oversees all field supervision and personnel. His specific responsibilities include preplanning on each job with the site team members and preconstruction, monitoring and working to improve safety, quality, and schedule of each project, and making sure that the right personnel are on the team to ensure each project's success.
Brett started working in the family business in 1994 and has worked in all areas of the construction process from site work through project completion. His supervision experience includes commercial, federal, healthcare, and multi-family projects. Brett is a graduate of Auburn University.

| David Summers – General Project Manager
As General Project Manager for multi-family construction, David oversees all project management staff and personnel. Since joining C.F. Evans in 2002, David has held the positions of Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager and currently General Project Manager. David is a graduate of Clemson University, where he majored in Construction Science and Management and minored in Business.

| Dodd Buie – Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Dodd Buie brings 30 years of spanning such industries as banking, construction, and governmental sectors. He has focused on all aspects of financial management since 1996. Dodd is responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving internal accounting controls, C.F. Evans business insurance programs, the development of annual operating budgets, and new accounting policies and procedures.
Dodd provides leadership and support of the company in its efforts to further its mission to provide world-class customer service by building quality relationships, quality teams, and quality projects. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Harrell Crider – Division Manager
Harrell Crider, a Division Manager, directs special projects construction, which specializes in smaller scale projects, many with unique complexities. He has been key part of C.F. Evans' growth for more than the past quarter century and has served as superintendent and project manager of various projects. Harrell, a former building code official, oversees all field supervisory and craft staff members for special projects.

Hank Rhame – Safety Compliance Officer
As Safety Compliance Officer, Hank Rhame brings over 25 years of experience in operations and management to the C.F. Evans team.
As the full-time safety professional, Hank is responsible for the implementation of all project safety related processes, policies, and training. Hank places a major emphasis on employee and subcontractor pre-task planning and compliance with OSHA standards. Through frequent site inspections, he insures conformance to site-specific plans and immediate corrective action where hazards are present or may appear. Hank is a graduate of The Citadel and former U.S. Army Officer.
